   Order measurements for the address before you head out.
2. Go onsite

   • Validate the measurements against the roof
   • Take pictures
   • Establish dumpster access, if applicable
   • Note timing to complete the work
   • Explain the next steps to the customer
   • Explain the one point of contact
   • Leave behind any samples
3. Get the materials quote

   Work with distribution to price the materials for the job.

   If applicable. Get the labor hours to strip and dry in.

   Bring in materials and labor. Set the price to hit your margin, or check a price.

6. Create the quote

   Build the customer quote from the numbers.
7. Deliver the quote

   Hand-deliver with a leave-behind if possible. Otherwise email it.
8. Follow up

   Circle back with the customer. Keep the job moving in the CRM.
